"Coming Home"™
People change when they live overseas as they develop a global mindset with new ideas, beliefs, views, and expectations. Reverse or Re-entry culture shock is a common phenomenon that takes the repatriate by surprise, impacting various parts of their life, including the workplace and family dynamics. While the expatriate has been away, their "home" has changed and evolved. In addition, the expatriate has gained a new perspective on their home and culture. This program assists the family with the readjustment.
