Global Assignment Coordinator
Cultural Awareness International (CAI), a privately owned and managed boutique firm specializing in relocation services and cross cultural training is currently seeking a Global Assignment Coordinator (GAC) in our Dallas, Texas office.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and coordination of services for international and domestic assignees
- Partnering, monitoring and directing local and remote service providers
- Building relationships with client representatives in order to provide the highest possible service
Qualifications and experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years professional domestic or international relocation work experience required
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters degree welcomed
- Case management and customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Outstanding communication, above average writing skills and proficiency in the English Language required
- International experience and/or foreign language fluency preferable
- GMS and/or CRP a plus

Seeking Destination Service Providers Worldwide
Cultural Awareness International, Inc. is seeking experienced destination services consultants both in the United States and abroad.
Ideal candidates would have experience in the relocation arena and/or have experienced the process personally. Strong knowledge of your city and surrounding areas, excellent interpersonal skills, good computer skills and flexible schedule are required. Candidate must also have a reliable vehicle (preferably 4-door) and valid driver’s license. International experience and languages are a plus.
