Montana, M.Ed., L.P.C., President and Founder of the company, has over thirty years of experience in intercultural training, counseling, and consulting. Born in Argentina, she is a third-generation expatriate who grew up living and working abroad.
As a member of TIRA, The International Relocation Associates, CAI offers "Coordinated International Transfers" (CIT) in over 450 locations worldwide. This unique network allows TIRA members to provide global services for those living and/or working abroad.
